Maghilda enjoys watching the tiny seahorses. She likes to think they are related in some way.
Negative painting is used for most of this piece. The original background consisted of the same colours and textures you see in the dragon. Then I used acrylic to paint the shape around Maghilda to create her image and make the scene look underwater.
