I was standing in a check-out line and wondering, while I waited, what form my next dragon would take. On the shelf ahead of me was a display of dragon kites. “What if,” I said to myself, “one of them was a real dragon?”

I started painting dragons in March 2020…who knows why…but they quickly became a visual representation of our COVID-19 battles. Since then, I’ve branched out, creating all kinds of dragons in various media. The magic of fantasy is so much fun, I’ve set a goal of 100 dragon images.
